John Lamb, President and CEO Clipper Windpower Development Company, LLC

John Lamb joined Clipper Windpower Development Company in September 2008 with twenty years of experience in wind power project development, finance and mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Clipper, Mr. Lamb provided services to Clipper as special corporate legal counsel for a number of high profile transactions, including the Titan joint venture transaction, a 5,000 MW wind energy development. 

Prior to his work at Clipper, Mr. Lamb was in private legal practice where he represented wind power developers and other entities involved in the wind power industry.  He also served as General Counsel  or Assistant General Counsel of Enron Wind Corp. from 1996 to 2004. 

Mr. Lamb received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and his JD and Masters of Business Taxation degrees from the University of Southern California.
