Jesper Rathje, Chief Financial Officer

Jesper Rathje is the Chief Financial Officer of Clipper Windpower, LLC.  He joined Clipper in 2008 as the Corporate Controller and was promoted to CFO in July of 2011.  Mr. Rathje brings to Clipper over 20 years of financial and accounting experience with multinational organizations.

Prior to Clipper, Mr. Rathje was the Chief Accounting Officer at PeopleSupport, a leading business process outsourcing provider where he was responsible for accounting, tax and treasury functions, SEC reporting, and purchasing worldwide.

Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Mr. Rathje was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Herbalife, a nutrition and weight management company with over $2 billion in revenues and operations in over 60 countries. He was in charge of worldwide accounting and SEC reporting as well as involved in many public transactions, including IPO and secondary offerings. Prior to Herbalife, Mr. Rathje held management positions with Pharmavite, a nutritional supplement manufacturer, and Textron, a global multi-industry company serving aviation, aerospace and industrial markets.  He also has eight years of experience working for Ernst & Young, a global public accounting firm.

Mr. Rathje holds a Masters in Accounting from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
