Garry L. Pealer, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer

Garry L. Pealer joined Clipper in 2002. Mr. Pealer became a CPA in California in1980 and has 26 years of financial and accounting experience. His principal career responsibilities have included serving as Vice President, Controller for an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products, Vice President, Controller of a large publicly traded telecommunications concern, and Chief Financial Officer of an international wholesale distributor of consumer products. He graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree majoring in Accounting from California State University, Northridge before commencing his public accounting career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
